My client is a leading telecommunications company at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge connectivity solutions. With a strong focus on FTTH deployment, we are committed to providing high-speed and reliable internet access to communities, businesses, and individuals.
As a Fibre Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of FTTH projects. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and work closely with internal managers, external vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution within agreed timelines and budget.
·Manage the entire lifecycle of FTTH projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
·Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to achieve project objectives and meet customer expectations.
·Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to address any delays or issues that arise.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, design, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
·Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
·Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
·Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
·Proven experience in successfully delivering FTTH projects, including managing teams and contractors.
·Strong knowledge of FTTH technologies, methodologies, and industry standards.
·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
·Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
·Familiarity with relevant tools and software used in project management.
