Are you an experienced Facilities Manager, immediately available looking for your next contract?
 
If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fabric Facilities Manager to join a leading Facilities Management service for a client of theirs in the Pharmaceutical industry.
 
What will you do?
You'll be responsible for a team made up of 1 Supervisor, 4 Fabric Technicians and 1 Fabric Scheduler, managing all of the Fabric works required at the site.
 
Responsibilities
·Management of the planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance which has been raised with the help desk.
·Planning and Supervising the operation activities at the client site.
·Responsible for the technical management of the Fabric services of the contract at the client site.
·Develop key client relationships and mutually develop and lead a high-performance team in delivery work class facilities services.
·Work with the Contract Manager and the Account Manager to maximise internalisation of maintenance services which are currently sub-contracted,
·Ensure GMP compliance is maintained on site and ensure any deviations are reported and investigated.
·Management of sub-contractor activities.
·Work collaboratively with the Soft Services Manager for works within the GMP areas on site.
 
What are the benefits?
·A 6 month contract.
·£30 per hour, via umbrella, inside IR35.
·40 hours per week.
·Training provided.
 
What will you need?
·Experience in Fabric Facilities Management and managing Fabric Services.
·Experience managing health and safety.
·Experience of managing a team.
·Ideally, would have worked within a Pharmaceutical environment.
