Role:  Environmental Data Analyst
Rate £12.99 p/h = equivalent of £25,000 annual salary
Working week: 37 hours
Duration: 8 weeks
Location: Huntingdon or Peterborough for training then home based
 
My client is a well known company in the area with over 1000 staff and looking to recruit a temporary position for a Environmental Data Analyst with the view to start the right person immediately.
 
This is a home based role but you will be required to complete training from either their Huntingdon or Peterborough office for 1-2 weeks until you are comfortable with the work and systems.
 
In this position you will be analysing data and ensuring the internal data base is kept up to date regarding data captured relating to environmental monitoring for water samples and results.
 
Key parts of the role are:
 
- Updating the data base with results and data from the environmental monitoring
- Analysing and highlighting database errors
- Feeding results and discrepancies back to the operations teams
 
 
Suitable candidates will have a strong grounding in IT systems such as word and excel, be able to accurately enter and cross check data Including highlighting discrepancies or possible inaccurate data.
 
This role is based working 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday based working a 37 hour week
 
On offer is a salary of £25,000 which = £12.99 per hour
