Role: Environmental Compliance Administrator
Location: Lincoln
Employment: Contract - Full time
Contract Duration: 12 weeks and likely to be extended or turn into a permanent role
Start Date: 25th March 2024
Hours per week:37 per week
Salary £12/£13 per hour
 
My client has a vacancy for a Environmental Compliance Administrator to join their team based in Lincoln City Centre for a 12 week period. Please note it is highly likely that you will be offered a permanent position once you have completed the 12 week contact.
 
In this role you will be responsible for managing environmental compliance for a recycling site. This will be broken down into the below tasks
 
- Admin, data entry and data storage of all environmental compliance
- Data Input to EIM and the bespoke compliance / regulatory IT System Gemin2.
- Generate Farmer notifications and feedback reports.
- Producing basic reports
- Team diary management
- In box management
- Spreadsheet management using excel
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
 
This position is home based but you will be required to provide an office presence (Lincoln) on request. Please note all work equipment eg computer will be provided.
 
The role is from Monday to Friday on a 37 hour per week basis.
 
Suitable candidates will be available to start on the 25th March 2024 and have some administration or compliance experience.
 
Please note that candidates who come from an office background or have transferable skills would still be considered for this position.
 
On offer is a salary of £12/£13 per hour based on working 37 hours per week
