Job description
Our clients are independent specialists to the construction industry; who help clients meet building regulation compliance and planning conditions regarding energy efficiency and sustainability.
We are seeking an Energy and Sustainability Specialist to work on CONTRACT and WORK FROM HOME on the most part, to undertake Part L and Sustainability Assessments, delivering high quality solutions, and to provide support to clients so that they receive the best possible service.
You will be joining a growing team within a business that is undergoing major expansion plans.
The role will involve (but not limited to):
·Carry out SAP assessments using different computer packages NHER, FSAP
·Complete Energy and Sustainability Statements/Strategies
·Undertake Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments
·Undertake Thermal Modelling
·Working on cost effective, project & client specific solutions
·Hold external meetings with clients to advise on projects or conduct training
An ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
·TM59 overheating experience, SBEMS and/ or SAP.
