Electrical Surveyor

Who will you be joining?
You will be joining an East Midlands based local Authority to assist them in the surveying and management of electrical project and repairs overseeing their appointed contractor.
What will you do?
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Survey properties to determine required works
·Write specifications to be delivered by contractor
·Test and inspect works carried out to ensure they meet the required standards
·Budget monitoring and contract management from inception to completion
 
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 
·Must be 18th Edition qualified
·Must be qualified to test and inspect City & Guilds 2391
·Previous experience in a Qualifying Supervisor position
·Previous experience working with social housing work
