Role: Team Leader - Drainage
Location: Brentford ( You must live with in 30 mins drive of Brentford)
Salary:  £25,000 upwards depending on experience + Bonus ( £XXXX ) + overtime  
 
My client is looking for a Drainage Technician / Team Leader to join their expanding division due to increased work flow released from Thames Water.
 
Due to the office location you will need to be based with in a maximum of 15 miles away from Osterley ( in-between Heathrow and  Brentford or a 30 min drive ) The role is typically site based across the Middlesex and North London with occasional office presence needed.
 
In this role you will be attached to waste water network schemes in a client facing capacity and working as part of a two person team.  You will be the lead surveyor in the team and have an assistant / junior surveyor reporting into you. In this role you will be responsible for CCTV drainage surveys using push rod and crawler camera from commerical, domestic and industrial building to inspect for miss connections with the main sewer network.
 
Please note holding a full UK drivers license is an essential for this role.
 
In this role your will be responsible for:
 
·Managing your own work load - eg given specific locations to investigate and you plan your own routes and schedules
·Managing the assistant survey on a day to day basis including mentoring and training
·Completing reports on work carried out
·Client facing and interaction with general public
·Carrying out CCTV drainage investigations
 
In order to be suitable for the position you will need:
 
·Full UK drivers license
·Experience of CCTV surveying with in drainage
 
This is a full time Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week paying £25,000 upwards.  In addition to this you will also be eligible for a bonus scheme which is likely to be a 4 figure pay out based on our performance as well as overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
