Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client in the East Midlands, is looking to fill a vacant post on an initial 5-month contract.
This position is to work at Officer/Senior level within their development management team working on a mixed caseload of applications, up to complexed Minors. There will also be a small element of planning enforcement involved in this position.
 
Start - As soon as possible.
End - 5 month initial contract
Pay Rate: £35-40 per hour  (dependent on experience)
 
- Reason for Vacancy: Vacant Post
- Hours: Hours per week & working pattern may be negotiated
- Remote Working: Anticipate a proportion of remote working
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
