My client in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Development Management professional to join them in their development team for an initial 3 month contract, with the chance to be extended. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with householders, minors and small scale major applications, and assist them in clearing a backlog they have developed. They are looking for someone to join at Senior level
 
They are seeking a contractor on a full time basis for 37 hours per week ideally.
 
They offer hybrid working, but office presence can be expected, depending on work load.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience in dealing with a mixed caseload of planning applications, a degree in a relevant field would be ideal in making you stand out from the rest.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £55p/h
