My client in the West Midlands, is seeking experienced Town Planning Officer to work in the Development Management Daprtment on an initial 6-month contract.
 
Ideally the client is seeking:
·You to preferably with RTPI accreditation and experience managing a range of planning applications.
·You to have a strong experience managing a varied case load and being able to assess applications and reach informed and justified recommendations within established timescales.
·You to have experience of IT systems and any experience of the Uniform system would be beneficial.
 
My client is ideally seeking full time hours and can support hybrid working with expectation of office working part of the week.
 
Being locally based would be helpful to manage site visits and knowledge of the local area and office attendance as agreed.
