DM Planning Officer

£30-£37 per hour
6-month contract
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Devon and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Planning Officer for their development management team.
 
The caseload will be comprised of householder and minor applications. Site visits can be completed on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
 
Access to a car is vital as well as the ability to hit the ground running with your caseload.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
