My client in London is seeking a planning officer with minimum 2 years' experience, working in a Development Management environment on an initial 6-month contract.
 
The council offices are well located in London with great transport links, and you would be expected to be in the office two days a week (usually Monday and Wednesday).
 
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full-time basis and offer flexible working  
 
The role is funded by PPA fees and would predominantly focus on dealing with the discharge of conditions and s106 obligations associated with large scale strategic sites.
These are predominantly residential led mixed use developments. There is also the potential to work on some smaller scale major planning applications subject to the candidate having the right knowledge and experience.
