Development Manager
South Coast
£475-650 p/day DOE (can be paid hourly also)

This role is to sit under the Divisional Manager, and you will be in charge of 11 planners dealing with minor applications, appeals and other related enquiries.
 
Ideally you need experience of planning committee and appeals, and crucially someone who is able to attend the office at least twice a week to ensure the necessary management, training and oversight of the team is maintained.
 
Pay Rate is negotiable, there is no fixed/set budget at the moment, however the guide from speaking with the hiring manager is approx. :
-        £60-80 per hour (dependent on experience)
-        £475-650 per day (dependent on experience)
