Carrington West are assisting their Local authority client based in Nottinghamshire in the search for a Development Management Team Leader on a temporary basis.
 
The contract will start on an initial 3-months and the primary responsibilities will be:
 
·Possessing a case load of a few large major applications/pre-applications
·Presenting at Planning Committee
·Allocating applications to team members and highlighting required consultation/publicity
·Appraising officer pre-app/planning application delegated appraisals/recommendations
 
This post will require full remote working, therefore, will not be limit consideration to those within close proximity.

This role will move quickly and is unique opportunity to join a growing local authority.
