Are you an experienced Development Control Engineer looking for your next challenge?
Our client is seeking an experienced Development Control Engineer to join them on a full time Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide highway advice on the impacts of new planning applications on the highway network.
·Liaise and negotiate with Legal Services and third parties on applications under S38, S278, Stopping Up Orders, and other Licences in connection with the highway's development management schemes.
·Process highway applications and technical approval under S38, S184, S278 of the Highways Act 1980
