I am working with the a very well established professional company who are looking to bring on board a project manager for a very exciting project in the defence sector. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the government on some of its newest exciting projects in the highly desirable defence sector.

• Job Title - Defence Project Manager
• Location - East Angus, Scotland (Local travel will be Involved)
• Contract Length - 6 Months with possible extension
• Pay Rate - £600 a day Inside IR35 (Travel Expenses Paid)

I am looking for a candidate who has previous experience in heavily regulated industries and worked on secure sites for ideally. This role will suit an experienced Project manager who is confident enough to shape and drive a project to completion whilst following all guidelines and safety briefs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experienced Project Manager with experience in construction
• Ability /experience in managing construction projects from concept design to construction stage
• Experience working in the public sector is desired
• Working to heavily regulated safety briefs and constantly monitoring the progression of these briefs
• A vast knowledge of defence project management
• Experience leading a project

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering construction management degree Desired
• APM/Prince 2 qualification Desired
• Experienced in developing tender documents
