Role: Customer Support Specialist - Water industry
Location: Cambridge - Field based
Salary: £27,000
Hours: 37 per week
Start date: ASAP
My client is a large Utility company working in the East of England. They have a great reputation for customer service, completing contracts efficiently and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
The Customer Support Specialist is a field based role so ideal for people who love the variety of being out on site, Reporting to the Drainage Support Manager you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing on-site support to developer customers, in the delivery and adoption of new drainage assets.
Full training will be provided but the ideal candidate will be someone who has had experience in either door to door customer service or sales where they were providing excellent services and support for customers.
When not meeting with customer you will attend local water sites to discuss what you found from your customer meetings which could involve health and safety or action plans.
You must be computer literate and be comfortable using IT whilst in the field.
