Job description

Our client are a large Utilities Company responsible for supplying Power across the EWast of the UK. Using a number of businesses to support them, they ensure everyone in the area is connected with power including domestic and commercial properties.
 
They are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work in their call centre to offer excellent customer service, with quires on outages, new developments and road closures. Amongst many other quires. You will also be assiting with any safety issues a customer may have.
 
The role is situated in one of he companies main offices in Bury St Edmunds, in one of their most successful teams. Where you will be supported and trained to deal with all incoming calls. This is a modern environment where you will be working shifts of 8am to 4pm then rotating on alternative weeks to the 9 to 5 shift. This is 37 hours per week and no overtime. The role is for 9 to 12 months but with an opportunity to go permanent. They are paying £12.54 per hour.

Requirements:
 
·Previous Customer Service Experience (BAnking background works well)
·Good Administration skills
·Good phone communication skills
·Email writing

·Competent with MS Office
·Must pass a D&A test
