Are you an experienced Cost Manager with infrastructure experience?

Are you an ambitious individual looking to join a company and support them on their portfolio of projects with key rail clients? 

Salary: £36,000 to £63,000 plus £4,000 car allowance.
Location: Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle, Stockton-on-Tees, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

Essential:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in relevant subject.
• Prior experience in a client facing role on an infrastructure project.
• MRICS/working towards becoming Chartered.
• Circa 3 years' commercial/quantity surveying experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, post-contract management on Railway projects.
• Familiar with NEC 3 contracts, ideally Option C.
