Contracts Manager
Location: - North of England (Full-Time, Permanent)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider in the highway maintenance and vegetation management industries. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team and contribute to their operations in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:
·Contract Supervision: Manage soft estate maintenance, landscaping, and environmental service contracts.
·Expand Business: Drive business growth by developing new contracts in Northern England.
·Lead Delivery: Oversee high-value commercial projects and ensure successful delivery.
·Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO, National Highway Sector Schemes).
·Reporting: Provide accurate financial management and reporting.
·Management: Coordinate teams, both direct labour and subcontractors.
Key Requirements:
·Significant experience in grounds maintenance or vegetation management
·Possession of a valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS certifications
·Highways Passport preferred but not essential
·Full UK driving license
·Strong operational and financial management abilities
·Willing to work in the office full-time and visit sites when required
