This will be starting on a 12 month contract with a view that it may be long term for the right person.
This project is working within a live hospital setting, so experience within this would be ideal.

·Experience as a Construction Manager
·Oversee site work
·Liaise with the client in a live hospital setting
·plan and organise works
·Health and Safety planning prior to works
