Job Role - Completion Co-Ordinator

Location - Hitchin (Hertfordshire)

Pay Rates - £14.00 Hour PAYE
My client is looking for candidates that are keen to learn and join on of the biggest distribution network companies in the UK they must be able to learn quick and be eager and motivated to get to grips with the job as this role DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and provide pro-active completion process support to the operational teams
  • Audit work orders due for completion
  • Review any gaps and missing key documents
  • Review documents posted to ensure they are completed to the right quality. (Right first time approach)
  • Under the bulk submission of hub forms and push data into the correct file
  • Lead daily/weekly completion meetings for you area with operational leads
  • Provide management information and data to allow completions to be managed
  • Register, track and distribute for approval all completion documentation submission by the contracts teams
  • Ensure the contract team are have sufficient training to complete documents correctly

Knowledge and Experiences:

Knowledge of using EDMS systems and IT generally and ideally from the following:

  • Information exchange (CAPTURE) user
  • Business collaborator 6.3 administrator
  • Documentum 2
  • Good Microsoft outlook, word, excel
  • Powerpoint and Visio skills
  • Knowledge of gas distribution networks preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of control hub system preferred but training will be given
