Correspondence Officer
 
We are looking for Casework and Correspondence Officer to support one of our key clients, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, on a contract basis.
 
This will be an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension.
 
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Exceptional written communication.
·Experience managing and responding to complex enquiries from members of the public and political stakeholders.
·Customer Service, Communications or Stakeholder Engagement background.
·Experience and knowledge of working within local government and understanding of the processes and challenges in this sector is highly desirable.
·An eye for detail and ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines.
·Self-sufficiencyy, can interact confidently with senior leaders, escalating issues as required and is customer focused.
