Job description

Role: Commissioning Engineer - Water sector
Location: Rickmansworth
Rate: Up To £500p/d - Outside IR35
Contract Length: 12months+
Sector: Water/Wastewater
 
Are you an experienced Commissioning Engineer in the water sector?
 
The right candidate will be apart of the Waste water Asset Assurance Programme.
 
Reporting into the MEICA Manager, They are looking to bolster their commissioning team to work across all schemes for a long term contract role that is outside IR35.  
 
Candidates will need to have experience in the UK water sector, and preferably on patch although we will consider people who will relocate for the right person.
 
The suitable candidate
·Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
·5 years industry experience in the Water Industry
·BEng/ONC/HNC/BTEC qualified Mechanical or Electrical engineer
 
·Competent judgement and problem-solving skills
·Relevant CSCS card
·SMSTS, Confined Spaces
·Experience Commissioning Mechanical / Electrical plant in Wastewater
·Good working knowledge of sewage and water treatment processes, systems, and typical M&E plant / equipment.
·Knowledge of TWUL Asset Standards
 
Desirable
·Thames Water Passport (Can be arranged on commencement)
·DSEAR Knowledge / COMPEX Qualifications
·EUSR - Water Hygiene Card
·IMECHE Associated
