My client is a multidisciplinary, family run SME, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Commercial Manager to assist the civils team in successfully managing the commercial function to establish quality rail projects.
 
Location: Petersfield
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

Requirements:
·Degree or equivalent in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying (or similar) or equivalent industry experience.
·Significant experience at Commercial Manager level in the rail industry.
·Experience and knowledge of relevant legislation.
·Membership of RICS, CICES or CIOB (desirable).
