Foreman
 
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (option for over time pay on weekends).
This will include a company van and fuel card.
 
Our Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman to join their Water and Drainage Management division in Winchester, Hampshire. As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supervising operational activities within the division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage operations and experience in coordinating transport operations. This role is full-time and permanent, working two weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights. Possessing a full UK Driving License and a CSCS card is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
 
- Supervise operational activities for gully cleaning contracts, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and constraints.
- Oversee the day-to-day resourcing of the fully coordinated works program.
- Regularly inspect sites and work standards to maintain quality and safety.
- Promote and supervise safe working practices, including conducting safety audits to meet predetermined targets.
- Monitor labour outputs and complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
