·A strong track record delivering projects from feasibility through design, procurement and construction
·In-depth knowledge and practical experience of NEC forms of contract
·Excellent commercial acumen and experience managing risk within complex programmes
·Experience operating within multi-partner frameworks and regulated or public-sector-aligned environments
·Strategic leadership capability with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
·Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
·Confidence managing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging where required
·A collaborative, values-led and results-focused approach
Salary and benefits
·Salary £100,000 - £110,000 per year dependent on experience
·Senior leadership benefits package
·Opportunity to influence and shape long-term capital investment strategy
