Who will you be joining?
 
You will be joining a Yorkshire based Local Authority with responsibility for a mixed portfolio of both residential and non-residential properties across a large borough with plenty of versatility.
 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Management of both internal and external resources including contractors
·Carry out a variety of Surveys including Stock Condition, Dilapidation, Asbestos and Measured
·Act as Clerk of Works on Capital Projects
·Take responsibility for budgets and project costings
·Assess work required and inspect work carried out to ensure they meet the required quality and regulatory standards
 
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 
·Qualified to degree level in Surveying
·Affiliation with relevant industry bodies
·Previous experience of local authority assets
·Experience with both housing and non-residential properties
·A proven track record of project delivery with references to support
·Have previously held a similar position with above responsibilities
