This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a long term contract basis on the LNE framework.
 
Rate: £244- £364 DOE Umbrella Inside IR35
Location: Sites across the North West (LNW) & Remote working
Duration: 12 months, likely to be extended
Benefits: Van & Fuel card provided for work related travel
 
Requirements:
·PTS
·HNC Building Surveyor
·Full Clean Drivers Licence
·Professional membership of CIOB / RICS
 
Responsibilities:
·Work routinely involves providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals.
·Excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying will be matched with planning, organisational and analytical skills.
·Excellent knowledge of building services and a good technical background in services for a wide variety of buildings.
