- Planned maintenance programmes and lifecycle cost assessments
- Party wall and neighbourly matters
- Schedules of condition and pre-acquisition surveys
- Contract administration and project management for refurbishment and maintenance schemes
- Contribute to the consultancy's long-term growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing best-in-class service.
- Work across a variety of property types, from commercial offices and residential schemes to industrial, healthcare, and education assets.
- Progress professionally within a supportive, collaborative environment that offers structured career development pathways and dedicated support for APC candidates.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Building Surveyor actively working towards APC (minimum 12 months' relevant experience) or an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit a proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Salary
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This is an opportunity to join a growing consultancy with ambitious plans for future expansion and clear career progression opportunities.
