Building Safety (Case) Manager
£400p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
3 Months Initially (with view for extension)

What will you do?
Managing team of risk assessors / surveyors and overseeing the work of consultants whilst providing fire safety surveying expertise, support and advice to ensure LBHF housing stock is inspected, managed and maintained in accordance with the Fire safety Act, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and any other appropriate Health and Safety Legislation.
Responsible for managing LBHF HRRBs in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 in alignment to and with maintaining the Golden Thread of Information for LBHF HRRBs 18m and above. Producing safety case (reports), Fire and Emergency files for all HRRBs as well as higher-risk buildings which may include high rise sheltered and hostel accommodation.  
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·UK Resident
·Previous work experience and able to demonstrate an understanding of Council policies.
·Degree level fire safety management / fire engineering related or equivalent qualification (general practice or management)
·Full professional membership to the IFE / IFSM or similar professional qualifications (i.e. CIOB / RICS / CABE).
