Building Control Surveyor
£45-50p/h (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35)

30-35 hrs p/w - 2 days in the office
 
What will you do?
·Conducting technical reviews of building control submissions
·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates
·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors
·Conducting site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place.
·Identify Business Development Opportunities
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·MUST BE qualified Building Control Surveyors with ideally RICS/CABE status or equivalent such as LABC qualified Level 5 or 6.
·UK Resident
