Are you a Building and Maintenance Surveyor looking for a short-term contract?
If so, this 6-week rolling Local Authority Contact could give you just that.
 
What will you do?
To provide the primary point of contact between the property users/managers of corporate buildings within the County Council portfolio. Implement a specialised professional service in the field of Building Maintenance and refurbishment ensuring that the corporate building stock is maintained to an optimum standard of condition by means of an efficient, effective, prompt and cost effective service embracing both capital and revenue planned, unplanned, emergency works, grant funded works and client requested works.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·5 years relevant experience, including building surveying.
·Experience of contract documentation preparation including design, estimating, specifications, planning, valuation and project management
·Experience in construction Health & Safety and Control of Contractors
·BTEC HNC/D in Surveying /Architectural Technology or minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
·Full Valid Driving Licence
