BIM Manager
Permanent - Hybrid role (3 days on site)       
Our client are a national engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their busy team on at Devonport Dockyard to assist in the redevelopment of the dockyard, ultimately supporting the Navy's submarine defence schemes.

Responsibilities:
·Monitor BIM Gateway form completions for assessment from the design team
·Define workflows in Project and BIM Execution Plans.
·Ensure accurate 3D designs align with project requirements.
·Optimize use of key design software; facilitate federated model integration.
·Collaborate with stakeholders for design risk management.
Requirements:
·Leadership skills with strong communication.
·Efficient work approach and goal orientation.
·Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise, and Synchro (they will accept proficiency in some if you do not have experience in all of them)
·Experience with ISO19650 or BS1192 BIM standards.
·Track record in major project design, construction, and commissioning.
 
 
This role will be challenging and rewarding considering the nature of the work and importance to national security schemes.
 
The client would ideally like to speak with candidate who have existing security clearance, but are open to putting the right candidate through this if they are successful.

Pay
