Associate Town Planner

In this role, you will be:
·Leading on a range of commercial planning projects, from initial appraisals through to completion.
·Managing client relationships and engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders.
·Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
·Mentoring and supporting junior members of the planning team.
·Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting growth.
To succeed as an Associate Town Planner, you will bring:
·Experience in town planning, either in consultancy or local authority.
·A strong track record in commercial sector projects.
·The ability to confidently manage and run projects independently.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·An ambitious and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for planning.
