The Role
As an Associate Planner, you will work under the guidance of senior team members while also leading your own projects. Your responsibilities will include:
·Providing commercially focused planning advice
·Preparing high-quality planning submissions
·Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business
·Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
·Representing client interests throughout the planning process
·Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Bedford office
About You
We are looking for a motivated and professional Chartered Town Planner who:
·Holds a relevant planning degree
·Has 5-8 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)
·Demonstrates a strong understanding of UK planning policy and processes
·Possesses excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
·Is keen to contribute positively to a growing and dynamic team
