Associate Director Transport Planner, shape sustainable development in Bristol
You will be joining my client in Bristol as an Associate Director Transport Planner, playing a pivotal role in delivering transport solutions that support sustainable development across the UK.
My client is a nationally recognised, employee-owned consultancy offering multidisciplinary planning-led services. Their Transport & Infrastructure team works closely with planning, urban design and sustainability specialists on diverse projects.
As an Associate Director Transport Planner, you will:
·Lead transport planning workstreams on development projects
·Prepare and review Transport Assessments and Statements
·Develop Travel Plans and sustainable mobility strategies
·Carry out junction and network modelling
·Support development planning and infrastructure strategies
·Oversee data analysis, forecasting and reporting
·Engage with stakeholders and manage client relationships
·Maintain project delivery standards and mentor colleagues
You will be well suited to this Associate Director Transport Planner role if you have:
·Significant transport planning experience at a senior level
·Strong report writing and communication skills
·Experience with ARCADY / PICADY, TRICS, TEMPro and AutoCAD
·A proactive and collaborative mindset
The salary is £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, professional subscription support and enhanced maternity provision.
