Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across electrical building services projects
- Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a high performing culture
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to business development, fee proposals, and bid submissions
- Manage project financial performance and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations, standards, and best practice
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions

- Chartered Engineer status
