Job Title: Associate Town Planning Director

Location: Newcastle - upon - Tyne

Employment Type: Permanent

We are working with a well established multi-disciplinary planning consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director of planning to come in and join their growing team in their Newcastle office. They do offer hybrid working with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage planning projects
·Provide strategic advice to clients
·Ensure regulatory compliance
·Build and maintain client relationships
·Prepare reports and documentation
·proven ability to manage your own time and workload within tight timescales

Qualifications:
·Must be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
·Minimum 8 years experience
·Strong communication skills
·Ability to work independently and help lead a team
