Job Role: Consultant Assistant Quantity Surveyor

OUTSIDE IR35

You'll be working closely with a Senior QS, supporting schemes across the region. The Role will offer hybrid/home working, with occasional site visits as required. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to build hands-on experience across procurement and commercial reporting, without sacrificing work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

·Managing subcontract procurement and commercial processes
·Pricing compensation events
·Preparing and updating commercial reports

Requirements

·Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
·Experience in subcontract procurement and commercial management
·Confident pricing compensation events and reporting commercially
·Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with remote support
