Key Responsibilities:

·Cost Management: Assist in controlling costs, maximizing value, and minimizing liabilities.
·Financial Reporting: Accurately monitor and report on direct labour payments, disputes, insurance claims, and subcontract accounts.
·Client Interaction: Expedite payments and maintain excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.
·Project Support: Prepare cash forecasts, final accounts, and ensure compliance with cost assurance processes.

What they're Looking For:

·Essential: Working towards a formal qualification in Quantity Surveying, basic contractual and financial skills, and an understanding of NEC Contracts.
·Desirable: Knowledge of the water/wastewater industry, construction experience, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
