This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading multi disciplinary contractor to work on rail projects in the North West.
 
Rate: £350/day Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: Bolton or Manchester
Duration: 12 months
 
Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years quantity surveying experience
·Previous experience working on civils for rail projects
 
Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation.
·Cost control and forecasting.
·Preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
·Assisting with Risk and Value Management.
·Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and Customers' representatives.
