Job description

Are you an Assistant project manager with experience within the railway industry.
 
Are you looking to work for one of the UK's leading providers of Project Management
services to the rail and infrastructure industries?
 
My client are looking for an Assistant Project manager with Railway experience to join their team within the london area.
 
Location: Home working / Central London
Salary: £22,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
 
Role and Responsibility
- Assisting the Project Manager to deliver major multi-disciplinary
infrastructure projects.
 
- Assist in the management of the implementation of works by
contractors.
 
- Assist in ensuring financial authority is in place for procurement and
subsequent variations and management of the budget for the projects.
 
- Assist in ensuring approved design and construction documentation is
in place, prior to works commencing.
 
- Assist in the management and resolution of design queries and maintenance of an integrated programme schedule
 
Essential
- Knowledge of GRIP and Asset Management Plans (AMP)
- An understanding of Construction Design & Management (CDM)
Regulations 2015.
- experience in Project management within the rail industry.
