Our client is a large Infrastructure and Utilities company, working across several projects in the UK. They are the backbone to a lot of the UK's infrastructure projects and bringing Utilities to peoples homes. With experience across the Water, Power, Gas and Telecoms sectors, they are a market leader in providing solutions for large projects essential to the delivery of telecoms and Utilities to domestic properties and businesses.
They are currently looking for a Assistant Project Delivery Manager to work on a large Telecoms project based in Manchester. You will be working part from home and part from the office, managing a couple of sub contractors within the delivery of reactive maintenance. Some of the areas you will be managing within the contract are arbs, Pest COntrol, Asbestos, fire suppression and generators.
In addition to managing the contractors, you will be responsible for building and managing relations with landlords, customers, clients and employees.

Contract Length: On-going - long term
·Control and management of 3rd party contractor activities
·Compliance and audits of sub-contractors
·Liaising with landlords, customers, clients and employees
·Joint audits for client liaison
·Control and update assigned task flow and associated staff
·Completing required Risk Assessments
·Health & Safety Audits
·Ensuring operatives have correct accreditations
·Ensure compliance to all quality and safety standards via in-progress and retro checking regime
Knowledge, Skills & qualifications
·Full UK Driving License
·Good people management skills
·Good IT skills inc. MS Office such as Excel
·Ability to plan well
·Good understanding of contract T's & C's and how to manage them
·Ability to liaise with Landlords and local authorities
·Previous experience of chairing meetings
·Managing Teams and planning resource
·Good commercial awareness
·IOSH / Health & Safety Qualification/ Knowledge
·Experience of managing Sub-Contractors
·Knowledge of Intercom, ECM / CPA
·Experience of mobile telecoms projects
