Job description

A vibrant and innovative multidisciplinary architecture firm based in the heart of London. With a team of 30 who have an extensive portfolio of workplace, repositioning, residential and lifestyle projects in London and Europe across the RIBA stages 1-7.
 
Seeking an Architect to join our team and contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and a passion for innovation in architecture. As an Architect with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to bring ideas to life.


Responsibilities:
·Participate in all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to construction documentation and administration.
·Generate innovative design solutions that meet the needs and objectives of clients while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
·Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
·Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
·Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
·Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
·Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
·Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·ARB registration or eligibility for registration preferred.
