My client is looking for an Administrator to provide support to their Project Delivery Practice based in Heathrow. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment as part of an expanding team managing the Project Controls across a range of successful portfolios, including IT in Construction, Cyber, Security, Project & Consulting and Service Support.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of coordination, who can easily adapt to working on different work streams with changing priorities with a view to achieving client delivery excellence. The role is offered on a contract basis initially but ideally we are looking for a candidate who is interested in working with us longer term with a view to potentially taking it on a permanent basis after the initial 6 months.
 
Responsibilities Include:
·Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and general enquiries for the Delivery Team
·Monitoring and processing requests to shared mailboxes  
·Data entry, retrieval and online database maintenance
·Following up on Scopes, Quotes and customer sign offs and acceptances with the client
·Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
·Compiling reports monthly on Suppliers
·Raising order to Suppliers and assisting with invoice processing
·Holiday cover for other team members
·Social events organisation
·Annual leave tracking for the Delivery Team
 
Skills and Experience:
·Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise their workload effectively.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Team player and the ability to work with colleagues in a collaborative and constructive manner.
·Strong organisation skills with ability to assess priorities in relation to business needs.
·IT literate and confident in using a range of programmes including MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Office applications.
·Ability to work on own initiative and with the wider team.
·Capability to alter communication style and method for different interactions and personalities.    
·managing both team and client expectations effectively.
·Enthusiastic approach.
