Adaptations Surveyor
 
Are you a qualified Surveyor proficient with CAD and experienced in the delivery of disability facilities grants looking for a new challenge with a private consultant?
 
If so, this Enfield based role could be for you.
 
 
 
Who will you be joining?  
 
DFG Consultant based in Enfield supporting both private and public sector clients to deliver life changing adaptations for those that need them.  
 
 
 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:  
 
To act as project co-ordinator for all commissioned disabled adaptations   
 
To prepare technical schedules of work, specifications and drawings using AutoCAD.
 
To liaise with all external parties involved in disability grants including Local Authority Clients & Medical professionals.  
 
To manage works from inspection to completion
 
To co-ordinate and submit applications for planning permission and building regulations approval where appropriate.  
 
 
 
What do you need?  
 
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
 
Qualified to degree level in Surveying  
 
Affiliation with relevant industry bodies
 
Previous experience of disability grants and local authorities
 
Be located within a commutable distance for site visits  
 
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
