Position: Accounts Administrator (Credit Control)
Salary - £26,325.00 per annum - £13.50 per hour
Full time, 37.5 hours a week
Working week: Monday to Friday
Location - Cumbernauld (Glasgow)
Start / Interview:  Immediate
Contract:3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

As Accounts Administrator you will support both Sales and Purchase Ledger Departments:
* You will liaise with the Project Managers to ensure applications are received, accurate and manage discrepancies.
* Contribute to weekly aged debt calls on the progress of application payments.
* Cross train in other areas of both the Sales and Purchase Ledger Department to be able to provide holiday cover.
* Provide Audit Admin support as and when needed.
* Any other ad hoc duties
Processing Sales invoices/credit notes ensuring accuracy and dealing with any queries that may arise.
·Intermediate Excel knowledge
·Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger experience
·Credit Control
·Great communication skills
·Excellent attention to detail
·Oracle experience (advantageous)
