​Rachel is a Senior Compliance Coordinator in the shared services team. She is responsible for all compliance including carrying out internal and external audits, gathering sector specific compliance for candidates prior to them commencing a role, reference checking, keeping relevant legislations updated, raising contracts and documentation control.

Before joining Carrington West, Rachel worked in a business support role for Portsmouth City Council.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and all things Disney.
