​Maisie is a Recruitment Consultant working in the water sector, where her focus is on placing permanent candidates in water roles. Maisie is keen to build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates to ensure the recruitment process is as smooth as possible.

Prior to her career in recruitment, Maisie pursued a degree in business management and entrepreneurship. During this time, she gained some valuable experience and skills in communication and understanding how businesses work effectively to reach targets and goals. Maisie undertook a business consultancy project whilst studying, where she worked with a client in the pharmaceutical industry to propose a 3-year implementation plan to help them achieve their specific business goals.

Maisie is a sports lover and enjoys going out with friends and family to watch football, rugby and finds pleasure in playing pool and darts in a social setting.
